Ecommerce & Marketplace Fulfillment Consulting for Mexico and South LATAM
Practical, operator‑level guidance for sellers navigating Mercado Libre, Amazon USA & Mexico, TikTok, and the realities of cross‑border fulfillment in LATAM
How I can Help
I work with ecommerce sellers expanding into Mexico and South LATAM who need clear answers around marketplace operations, fulfillment models, and cross‑border risk.
Specifically, I help with:
Evaluating Mercado Libre Global and Envío Full readiness
Understanding Amazon FBA USA and Mexico requirements and constraints
Choosing between fulfillment models before inventory ships
Identifying inbound shipment, labeling, and inventory intake risks
Avoiding costly trial-and-error during cross-border expansion
Making clear go / no-go decisions when platforms look attractive but operationally fragile
This work is most relevant for solo operators and small-to-mid sized sellers where a single failed shipment or misstep materially impacts cash flow.
How I Work With Sellers
My work is advisory and operational-not instructional or course-based.
I help sellers think through platform decisions the same way an operator would — by pressure-testing assumptions, mapping failure points, and understanding who absorbs risk when systems break.
Most engagements start with a focused conversation to:
Understand the seller’s current operation
Identify where platform documentation is incomplete or misleading
Clarify which risks are acceptable and which are not
In many cases, the most valuable outcome is deciding what not to do.
Why This Focus
Over time, my work has centered on marketplace ecosystems where documentation describes the happy path but real‑world operations live in the edge cases.
Mexico and South LATAM — particularly platforms like Mercado Libre and Amazon Mexico — are environments where sellers often discover constraints only after inventory has crossed borders and become difficult or impossible to recover.
The content on this site, and the consulting work behind it, exists to close that gap — helping sellers understand what actually happens once inventory enters marketplace fulfillment systems, not just what platforms promise.
This focus is intentional. I do not consult on Canada, the EU, or general international expansion outside LATAM.
